Bethany Towers is a mid-rise, 6 story
apartment building with 150 apartments, constructed with funding from the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development. Seventeen of the apartments have
been provided with accessible features to accommodate persons requiring them.
Rents are subsidized to the project with Section 8 federal funds.
Asbury Communities, Inc.
of Gaithersburg, MD, owns and operates Bethany Towers. January 14, 1979
The Towers first opened the doors to serve low and moderate income elderly and
those younger who met the underage criteria at the time. Since then it has been
home to more than 500 persons. Since Bethany Towers provides housing and care to
those who would not otherwise be able to afford it, there are many giving
opportunities available for those wanting to help through the Asbury Foundation.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the Bethany Towers'
